They are courteous, polite, and they do their absolute best to meet your appointment time. If there is anything they need to do, you know about it ahead of time and it’s discussed. You’re given options to take care of it then or do some other things for the current appointment and move the heavier stuff to another appointment. They explain the procedure or while you’re there and they make you as comfortable as they possibly can no one likes sitting in a dental chair; but they make it bearable and comfortable.
